The Kilham Manse is an imposing structure and as such the ratio of the building to that of its exterior can look quite out of synch, however its exterior covers an area in excess of 270m2.
The perimeter of the property is secured by the original brick wall with ashlar dressings and thick matt black wrought iron railings with a 6ft gate to the front and a 7ft gate to the rear.
There are drives to both the front and rear of the property, which can easily accomodate four vehicles.
There is a tall hedge comprising around twenty conifers that provide a privacy down one side of the property, whilst down the other side of the property there is a paved path which provides access from the front drive to a raised patio area and small mature garden which has two apple trees and various shrubs at the rear of the property.
The front garden has holly and pine trees, silver birches, a plum tree and several rose bushes along with a sunken lawn to both the front and side of the property.
