The Entrance Hallway 

The 'L' shaped designed hallway is central to the property and is accessed from the front entrance door. Like the rest of the ground floor of the property, the hallway possesses high ceilings, which are finished off with a 8” decorative coving and two 5-arm brass lights mounted on large ceiling roses, whilst boasting 12” skirting boards all around, which are complemented further by a dark wooden floor and large windows which are surrounded with a thick architrave.

The hallway leads to a double staircase leading on to a galleried landing with a huge window, with a thick architrave. The staircase possesses balustrade spindles, which are again complimented with a 8” decorative coving and three 5-arm brass lighting which are again mounted on large ceiling roses, with 12” skirting boards all around.

There are two radiators in and three double sockets in the hallway, whilst there is one radiator and two double sockets on the  galleried landing.

The first flight of stairs to the Galleried Landing is to the left. 

The next door on the left and beneath the staircase  is the WC Cloakroom.  

At the bottom of the hallway to the left is the door to the Utility Room.

To the immediate right and out of view is the door to the Lounge, whilst further down the hall way to the right is the door to the Dining Kitchen / Breakfast Room.
